"And at some point the Israelis will find a pretext to go hot on Gaza, again. I imagine it will have something to do with the "breaking" of the blockade, and newly "discovered" eternal terrorist threats to Israel's existence because the garrison state dared to let down its guard, or worse, was forced to do so by shameless Eurotrash and Turkish traitors..."
~ Moi
It does bear repeating.
ReplyDeleteIsrael and America are so alike, I'm not sure where one ends and the other begins. Both are nationalistic, imperialistic terrorists who regularly commit war crimes, and both put out the shiny propaganda to blind the world to the reality of their actions.
Of course, a lot of the world doesn't buy it, but that's not important to them, because most Israelis and Americans buy it.
Is there anything you can't accomplish with regards to your own citizens when you use the "integrated spectacle?"
A new pretext to go hot on Gaza?
ReplyDeleteLooks like Uzi Dayan has an idea, but this includes Turkey as well!
"If the Turkish prime minister joins such a flotilla,” Dayan said, “we should make clear beforehand this would be an act of war, and we would not try to take over the ship he was on, but would sink it.”
“If Israel doesn't make this clear beforehand, the Turks will grow increasingly self-assured, and we may indeed find ourselves facing such a scenario, which could have been averted.”
...And you can't have those "self-assured" Turks "breaking" a blockade to bring relief supplies to those in the Gaza strip, now can you? Lord, what would the world come to if that happened?
The solution? Make it clear to those "bold" Turks that trying to bring food and medicine to the sick and starving is an act of war.
Andromeda,
ReplyDelete"Integrated spectacle" covers most of it. Well said.
